Created with the idea that no one system has all the answers and everyone learns differently, Yoga Body Yoga Mind takes the structure and flow of Ashtanga, the precision and understanding of Iyengar and the energy of Kundalini
Workshops
We run workshops in the UK and Ireland, deepening Students and teachers understanding or the ancient elements of Yoga practice and the modern physiological and psychological implications it has on our everyday lives.
Classes
Class size is limited to ensure that you get the attention you deserve. Classes become close knit communities of like minded individuals, all striving to improve their own personal practice and deepen their experience of the union (Yoga) of mind and body.
1-2-1
Students who want an introduction to, or get serious about their practice opt for our 1-2-1 sessions. These structured classes either introduce the principles of Yoga to the novice, or nurture and challenge the more experienced students understanding of their practice as they work towards more advanced postures and create their very own personal practice.
Friends and Family
Families, football teams, office departments, martial arts groups, mums and friends down the pub all benefit from our friends and family classes. At times to suit you the classes are tailored to each group’s specific needs and have a focus on fun and group work. These can range from winding down from a tough day at the office, getting a little bit of exercise in during the week, or understanding the body better to protect it from injuries for the more serious sports person.

Yoga Therapy
Retraining after an injury, or working with specific conditions, Yoga therapy allows the student to learn new methods of body movement.
We’ve had huge success with re-training; weak backs and necks, knees and groins, improving balance and negotiating neuromuscular type disorders like MS, ME, Dyspraxia, and Motor Neuron Disease
