Meena Khera, Beauty PR
Recommends: Sacral Cranial Therapy And Somato Emotional
Release
Over the years, I have had the luxury of experiencing
many massages all over the world. I have a recurring and very
painful frozen shoulder due to a stressful job, sitting at my
computer with a phone clamped between my ear and shoulder and
living in high heels.
Two tears ago a discovered the man of my dreams. His name is Rob
Williamson. I had always felt that masseurs would just pummel
away at the knots in my shoulders, which didn’t really make
the massage very relaxing and only offered a temporary solution.
Rob offers something on a completely different level, drawing
on his vast experience in oriental medicine, which he studied
all over Asia. He uses a combination of Sacral Cranial Therapy,
acupuncture (optional) and Somato Emotional Release (Which works
on muscle memory and tissue trauma).
I can happily say my frozen shoulder has gone and now I See Rob
once a month for preventative reasons as opposed to a cure.
